This 110,000 square-foot residence life facility is the largest construction project in our 170+ year history! It is slated to open in Fall 2024.

CAMPUS ATHLETICS

More than 20 teams that compete in NCAA Division II. Traditionally historic winning programs. Intramural and club sports are also a big part of our campus traditions.

TARR MUSIC CENTER

Take the stage in this two-story performing arts complex which houses our music department, practice rooms, music library and more. Music majors have access to a piano lab and rehearsal spaces for vocal and instrumental performance.

The Drama and Ted Russell Center is the focal point of our response to the call from our community and the first step in our Acorns to Oaks campaign! It houses the School of Health Sciences, which combines our Nursing and Exercise Science programs.

Located in the heart of our campus, the Henderson Humanities Building houses Gentry Auditorium and the Phoenix Theater - center stage for performing arts at Carson-Newman.

BURKE-TARR STADIUM

This great facility is used for the Eagles football team and Spring Commencement. Seating more than 6,500 people, Burke-Tarr Stadium is one of the premier football stadiums in all Division II. The stadium also includes the Ken Sparks Athletic Complex.
